Customer cancellation
Customers should contact Pendaki Social Club as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule. Fees may apply if arrangements have already been made.
Late arrival
Guests who arrive late or cannot be contacted may be treated as no-show depending on the departure schedule and operator policy.
Operator cancellation
Tours may be cancelled or rescheduled when weather, sea conditions, safety restrictions, or operational issues prevent the trip from running normally.
Reschedule request
Reschedule requests are handled based on availability, destination, package, capacity, and the confirmed booking terms.
